Protecting Romani Refugees around Europe: A Position Paper by the European Roma Rights Center
This paper argues for an approach towards immigration and asylum that takes into account international norms on the issue. It makes specific reference to the practices adopted by certain Western European countries, some of which are intended to restrict Roma from immigrating or seeking asylum there and analyses them against the background of international norms on human rights and refugee protection.
