The Russian edition of the PILI handbook provides an overview of a broad range of experience accumulated in the course of the development of public interest advocacy in Central and Eastern Europe.  The text of the original English language handbook has been significantly expanded in this Russian language edition and incorporates new material drawn from the activities of Russian public interest law organizations, as well as practical information on public interest advocacy in Russia.
